When they charge the food for star hotel price, Why they can't pay to staff. They call it as staff contribution. Which means or we paying salary to them. Almost 100 per head avg 500 guest perday worksout 50000 a day.15 lakh per month. Don't think just Rs.100.

Pl tell them before billing that no charges for service.

You can give tips as you wish at the end if you want. It's not a small hotel that need tips for waiters. Here they royally charge you. Management should not be begging or looting customers.

Today we went to Punjab grillz gaur city mall restaurant and the experience was too disappointing. Firstly we had seen the crowd in the restaurant so we decided to have a dinner there but the menu was too costly, when we asked the waiter he told that paneer makhani's full serving will be enough for 4 people which costed ₹725. But when it arrived the quantity was too low and there are total 4 pieces of paneer there hardly 100gm paneer for 725₹. We also ordered butter naan with it they were also very disappointing there was no butter they were dry and and very light very thin no thickness which costed 115₹ per naan.

Then after this disgusting experience bill arrived in which we are charged with ₹107 as staff contribution charge, which was charged for this disappointing service given by the staff.

OVERALL, we came out hungry only out of the . We had to ask and wait for water,tissue papers etc. This is what for this restaurant is charging 1000-1200₹...

Just wanted to share one thing We visited Punjab Grill outlet at Bengaluru on the Bhartiya Mall and without even asking for any consent they billed for staff contribution and at the time of payment and it was overlooked and I paid the amount. Now when I noticed after coming back, to my surprise 487 rupees which is 10% of the bill amount was charged extra from us. This is highly unprofessional and not acceptable.
