Hoi Foods — Restaurant in Gurugram District

AVOID!! AVOID!! AVOID Ordering the food. Sorry for sharing the true feedback. I also spoke to the owner regarding this feedback. I ordered aaloo parantha combo through zomato. I rate zero but no option less than 1 star. The packaging, the food quality is worst. 1st time in life, I have seen aloo parantha without stuffing inside it. They kept parantha without silver foil which caused steam inside the box and made it wet with water drops. Quantity of curd is to see that curd is there, if you will eat it then 1/4th portion of the parantha will consume the curd. Also, the owner listened my feedback carefully but no kind words. May be, a very rich guy has started it as part time business. He doesn't bother what his employees are doing. Please avoid...

Hoi Foods does not have any business ethics and are disrespectful to their customers. Few days ago they started a contest on Facebook in which they said that the winner would get two meals a day for a whole month. I enrolled for the contest. They declared the result after a day or two on Facebook itself, they announced the winner and tagged her on Facebook. On checking on LinkedIn we came to know that the winner is one of their employees. When I posted about the same on that particular post on Facebook with screenshots they deleted my comments and comments from others as well. I ordered some items from the Hoipure site on 24th Jan to be delivered on 26th Jan but the delivery was postponed due to some issue. I kept on chasing for status on email for the next 3 days but other than an email saying that the item will be delivered next day, there was no other comms. There is no number where I could reach someone except for a whatsapp chat .. on which the response seems robotic. I finally asked them to cancel my order an issue a refund.. but again no response.... TOTALLY FRAUD .. pls...
