Lemon Tree Hotel, Udyog Vihar Gurugram — Hotel in Gurugram District

Let me tell you first I want this hotel this is not your typical Lemon tree hotel this is a budget oriented one this is this is the original Lemon Tree I guess starting one that is why you find there are no cots in this room they built they built a platform with cement and then on top of it kept a wooden board and that is your court and the court is not comfortable room is very small very small room and most of the rooms doesn't have Central AC they kept split AC which couldn't cool the room in Gurgaon heat I'm coming to the food they have a small cafe and the ceiling of about 10 to 15 people and the kitchen is very small and their breakfast buffet is also awful they're not many varieties available then the dosa idli South Indian foods are horrible you cannot even taste it they are blind and coming to Western options it is also for most of them are 2 days old baked goods except eggs it is difficult to consume any item over there and this shower has small flow and the drainage system is also pretty but everything is backing up aur all I would say that instead of going to Lemon Tree Gurgaon Udyog Vihar Phase 5 please look at some other options because this is not worth it and not value for money only plus point being location overall I had a pretty bad experience with Lemon Tree Gurgaon and service staff is also very very poor most of the time they don't know what they're doing this takes out the experience of being in a...

I am staying in Lemon Tree Hotel, 866 Udyog Vihar, Room No. 211. Today I have faced a situation that encourage me to write this.

My pick up(Location: Unitech Infospace, Sector 21) time is 5PM everyday, but today the cab was late more than 45 minutes & I have to wait that time in front of my office. Every time the driver said that it will take 2 minutes to reach but it took 45 minutes. In the cab challan, I have noticed that it departed from hotel at 5.10PM, and I was informed it will take 2 mins. After reaching at hotel, the front desk guys repeated the old sentence "It will not happen in future, we will take care". Though it is happened more than 5-6 times.

Also I have several concerns like: Front desk does not provide the service timely, sometimes they address the wrong room also keeping me awaiting. Housekeeping guys do not provide the complete service, i.e. most of the times I need to ask for water bottles, kits, towels, tissues etc. One day I was said by a housekeeping guy that I have stole Hotel's hanger, but he had not checked the wardrobe before saying the same to me. I am really frustrated here with Hotel's service, and now I think I have taken wrong decision that I have extended my contract with Lemon Tree till the end of October. Miserable experience. Terrible customer service. Avoid this place like the plague, especially if you want breakfast or have a vehicle that you need to park in their lot. Their security is a joke; they will damage your vehicle and then refuse to even apologize, since their management doesn't care.

I stopped here while on a three month travel project with international press coverage. Asked specifically if I could park the bike near the building, got permission, and parked it for the night. The following morning the bike had been dragged to the other side of the compound. Mirrors and leg guard were both scratched; the bike had obviously been dropped. Security pretended to have no idea what I was talking about. The receptionist didn't care. The manager just said he was going to try to understand how this had happened since his security now insisted they hadn't touched the bike (as soon as I mentioned it had been damaged). Not even an apology. To add insult to injury, breakfast had been packed up half an hour before the advertised time.
