This rating is purely based on my visit to this threatre on 2 nd floor.Since this place is business oriented, l would only give an unbiased brief note of my observations.
(1) SOUND SYSTEM: Sound system is good with surround speakers.Enjoyed the movie.
(2)SEATS: Seats not reclinable and a bit cramped hence uncomfortable, could have been more spaced.
(3). LIFTS: There are 2 lifts from the basement area( parking area) which reach their full capacity on ground floor itself and goes up again without going to the basement( parking area)This process repeats itself during movie hours creating a lot of inconvenience to the movie goers who definitely wouldn't want to miss the beginning. SUGGESTIONS FOR EASING OUT THE CROWD USING LIFTS:These 2 lifts plying between the basement and 5th floor can be alternatively earmarked as per odd and even numbering of the floors to facilitate incoming crowd from the basement. The 3 lift which l have noticed on the 2 nd floor threatre lobby area is plying for 2 nd and 3 rd floors only. These 3 lifts can be collectively used as odd, even numbering system of the floors to ease the crowd.
(4) FOOD: I would leave the cost of food on viewers discretion, however l felt cost of coffee/ tea is high Rs 40/- other multiplexes offer for Rs20/- Rate list pictures posted for your reference.
(5) SECURITY: [a] A documentary showing exists, emergency escape routes in case of fire/ any untoward incident was not shown. [b] Most of the lights in the lobby area which houses the eateries were switched off,as a result of which the area was quite dark during the interval. Its always safe and better to have a well lighted area till the movie ends from the safety point of view.Thank you friends for a patient reading of my views.
RAP-UP: FIRST 3 IMAGES POSTED BELOW ARE OF THE FOOD PRICE LIST FOR YOUR REFERENCE AND THE 4TH IMAGE IS SHOWCASING THE DIM LIGHTING.(These Pictures are not to offend the threatre management but to request the management to please think about bringing in more positive changes to the existing ones for the betterment of both the threatre and the viewers.)Your views are always welcome on my views, as the broader prospective is enjoyment with safety.Bye folks!
15 Sep 2017: Visited this theatre again tonight to watch the movie "Simran".Was happy to find a positive change in this theatre unlike during my last visit. The lobby area housing the eateries was lighted up today till the end of the movie unlike my last visit when the lobby was dark and dingy during the interval break. Thanks for this positive approach on the part of the theatre management.
However the entrance to the Mall was flooded with stinking drain water.Though this drain water overflowing from a manhole 50 metres away from the Mall, it could have been better ,if it would have been fixed by approaching the GHMC authorities as it effects the passage and the guests entering the Mall and the theatre.
Secondly the basement parking lot had lots of stagnated rain water at various places which had flowed down the slope from the ground floor. This resulted in lot of inconvenience and fungus like smell.
Would earnestly request the management to find a solution to this rain water stagnation in the parking lot.
My intention is not to taint a negative picture of this place but to bring about positive changes and make the visit of the guests to this theatre more comfortable and hassle free.
Thank you very much !

Read moreVery disappointing experience for a ₹200 ticket!
The AC was excellent – the only real positive. However, the screen brightness and resolution are very old compared to 2025 standards, severely impacting the visual experience. Sound was just "okay," lacking modern immersive quality.
Navigation was a nightmare with no clear signage for screens (e.g., Screen 1 on 2nd floor, Screen 3 on 5th). There were no staff members around for assistance, and construction work was ongoing in common areas. Even basic drinking water hygiene was poor (only one shared cup, no paper cups).
Crucially, there is no proper exit from the screen/building once the movie ends – it felt like doing Darshan at a temple! There were no operational lifts for exit, only stairs, which is a major accessibility and safety concern.
Adding to the inconvenience, the ticket counter is located outside the main theatre building itself, instead of inside the mall or multiplex, which is highly unusual and inconvenient.
For the price, the fundamental cinematic experience, basic amenities, safety features, and overall convenience are severely lacking. Major upgrades to projector (4K), audio (Dolby Atmos/Qube), clear navigation, staff presence, hygiene, accessible exits, and a proper indoor ticketing system are urgently needed to...
Read moreIf possible i want to give rating less than a star. We went to this theatre for watching Radheshyam movie and movie was stopped 3 times. Staff at the food counter are careless. We have ordered before the movie started and payed the amount and our seat numbers were provided to the stuff. When they came for giving the food the employee was asking for money ( which we have already paid). We told him we will come out in interval time and solve the issue but he wasn't listing to us and made a statement saying he will leave only if the payment was made. After telling him several times to leave he left and in the mean while we missed 25mintues of the movie. As soon as the interval was given he came running for money as if we are going to run way, so when I went to the food counter and asked what was the issue. A female employee told they have billed us wrongly and we have to pay 30 rupees more. If the employee did the mistake why should we miss the movie and the staff were very rude and impolite, they were talking nonsense and they weren't giving minimum respect to the customer while talking. When the issue was going manager was never seen at the premises for solving the issue. Such a worst place to...
