Subway Malakpet — Restaurant in Hyderabad

Updated review: After my first good experience, I came back 3 times and every single time they do not have something. They literally had one kind of bread available. They didn’t have meat we asked for. It’s the same non sense every single time and any time of the day. The people who make subs are so drowsy they don’t even care for what I am asking. I asked for cheese and toasted and she literally squeezed like a couple of drops and when I confronted she says, that’s all you get. Never coming backs I had enough.

Old review: I haven't been to a subway in like 5 years and I should say I missed some good subs in Dilsukhnagar neighborhood. The place is pretty clean and the server was very patient to listen to all my requirements and I am surprised the veggies were pretty fresh. He also made my sandwich perfectly making sure to not let any veggies/meat slip off and any sauces drip off.

Outlet is fine with decent seating capacity and nice air inside(seems to be centrally air conditioned). Place was neatly maintained when we went for dine-in. Items we ordered: Roasted chicken strips salad Peri Peri chicken salad Teriyaki Chicken Sub(15cm) 2 cool drink tins(Sugar free and Retro version of Pepsi) Vegetables and Sauces if we want all in our meal we can tell them (or) they will put only selected ones as per our choice and prepare(Both salads we had with all vegetables and sauces).Taste was good and very much tummy filling. Had a terrible experience in all aspects.

The Sub of the Day (chicken slice on Friday) was not available at 5pm in the evening. Italian BMT as an alternative was not available either. Cheese slices which are supposed to be put standard on every sub was not available. So they grated some mozzarella and used it as a substitute but the quantity was very less. None of the three staff members were wearing a mask. The staff assembling the sub was not wearing gloves. There is a standard method to wrap the sub. The staff here wrapped it in a very weird way, which made it a challenge to eat without the sauce and veggies spilling everywhere.

While I am a frequent visitor to Subway and do enjoy their services, this particular outlet was very disappointing.
