I have been a loyal KFC customer since 2006, first experiencing it during my stay at China. The crispy yet juicy chicken preparation impressed me, and over the years, my wife and I have enjoyed KFC across multiple locations, including Guangzhou, Hong Kong, Delhi, and Pune. We've always had good experiences—until now.
Recently, we moved close to the Musarambagh branch and decided to visit for a midweek chicken binge. Unfortunately, on two separate occasions (over a month apart), both my wife and I suffered from diarrhea after consuming chicken from this outlet. This is deeply concerning. The quality of preparation and hygiene standards here seem far below what we’ve come to expect from KFC.
Spending good money on food only to fall sick is unacceptable. Even if the food were mediocre, it would still be tolerable—but this was much worse. If food safety is not taken seriously, it could lead to legal consequences. It is disappointing to see a brand fail so badly in maintaining its standards.
I hope KFC management takes immediate action to inspect and improve the quality control at this location. Otherwise, customers will have no choice but to stop visiting—or take further steps to address this issue with legal...

When open I ate two bites got some extreme bad smell...still i was like...may be the sauses smell.
When all open them n then my mother said...it's spil n smelling so bad then i realised..the chicken inside was old n was expired n was smelling so baad..my son got vomiting 🤮 from it...we tried to call the restaurant no one answered..
We all are suprise to see such think from kfc brand ... chicken inside is totally spoiled n thy sold also to us...
Then we drunk thumbsup n other things just to forget the experience n smell n taste..
Just saw the old reviews since 4 years...it's the same...so kfc is only auto responding to feedbacks without concern for it..
Even the fries where old n they too got that smell in them..
We want Swiggy and kfc to take strict action in it..now it's 2 hrs with this incident...still half of us having vomiting sensation..
Will never order again from KFC.
I'm still searching for how to give the food to the safety department to check it...

Read moreI had one of the worst experiences at KFC, Next Galleria Mall (MosaRambagh). The staff at the billing counter, Ms. Gopika, was extremely rude and unprofessional. When I asked about the combo options for a second time, instead of patiently explaining, she arrogantly said, “How many times should I repeat?” – which is unacceptable for a customer-facing role.
When I stepped aside to check the menu screens, she told me to sit down as it would take time, but immediately after me, other customers were allowed to place their orders without any such remark. This felt very insulting and biased.
On top of this, the food quality was extremely poor. The items were not made well, and even my kids left the food untouched. What was meant to be a family outing turned into a complete disaster and left us very upset.
KFC really needs to take strict action on staff behavior and food quality at this outlet. Customers come with expectations of good service and food, but this outlet failed...
