Worst experience ever in a hotel. I have done a three day advance booking for four rooms as my family is in a holiday. But unfortunately my younger daughter 2 n half year old got cold n fever so I decided to be at hotel room with her n asked all my family to continue their day tour. At around 1.30p.m 30th Jan suddenly they have started some renovation work making loud noise of drilling in a wall. My daughter who was in deep sleep suddenly got up n started crying loud because of the loud noise, I immediately called up at the reception n asked to stop n told about my daughter 's illness but they replied so arrogantly that they will do it again after an hour n can't help as some renovation work is going on in the kitchen. Then finally I said if it continues thn I have to shift to some another hotel which again the person arrogantly replied saying YES U CAN CHECK OUT. Why they have taken advance booking if some renovation work is going on? I strongly say No to this...
Read morethis is an Oyo Rooms' property. much like many Oyo Rooms' property, this hotel is really budget, too. unlike many budget rooms, this hotel also suffers from poor customer service.
ask someone to fix the leaking sink and no one will turn up. ask for pillows and you will be told there are no extras. ask for someone to clean your room and you will be told the staff has left for the day. ask to be left alone and they will ring you twice for breakfast. if you have made the mistake of asking for breakfast, you can't be left alone after. that experience in the mornings made me feel like i had clicked on a pop-up and was now being chased by a bad marketer. they're that aggressive about you having breakfast and then cleaning up after you.
all in all, a budget hotel i would consider last in the area and only if i couldn't...
Read moreThe hotel claims to be a 3 star hotel but barely has 2 star facilities. I was allotted room no. 305 for which one has to go from the lift and through the bar and then to the room. It was very inconvenient for me inhaling all the hookah smoke and would be even more convenient to anyone aversive to alcohol smell. In room facilities were only a tiny block of soap and a towel, hardly the sign of a 3 star hotel (not even a water bottle) The room had TV but no channels were available. When inquired it was told that due to payment issue at their end Tv channels would not be available. Rooms are made very close to each other and one can even hear everything in adjacent rooms, even the opening of the door. In all , this hotel may be avoided unless no alternative...
