I had a very disappointing and deeply concerning experience at this hospital in Kolkata. The doctors here are extremely careless and do not give proper attention to patients. Their main focus seems to be on making huge bills rather than providing genuine medical care.

What is even more shocking is that they perform very critical surgeries, including major spine operations, with only two doctors when such procedures require a full and specialized team. This practice is highly unsafe and irresponsible.

The hospital also fails to ensure that all necessary facilities, medicines, and preparations are in place before carrying out operations. Such negligence puts patients’ lives at serious risk.

My father was admitted here four times for the same health issue. Despite repeated admissions, the doctors did not provide the correct medicines or take proper steps to address the root cause. They kept charging, but gave no real solution. Because of their lack of care and responsibility, my father is no more today.

I strongly advise anyone to avoid this hospital. Patients and families deserve transparency, proper treatment, and safety—not careless practices, repeated admissions without solutions, and...

While speaking with assistant of the ekbalpur nursing home department. They were not ready to give my sister xray film and digital report on the format of pdf. I am also working in medical stream and giving this review because of bad service. I given each and every detail to them regarding patient name case no reference of the doctor still no update got they are saying we are only giving physical report only if I am like a general person it would be ok for me to understand the physical format but due to i am also a radiologist technician and doing a service to help patients and their respective this is not a way to talk and handle with their respective. It's feel bad to me while writings this review regarding their bad service. I would suggest to visit a good and professional hospital to all Kolkata peoples and do a complaint against them if anything happen wrong with you guys. Take care and expense a little more money to a greater hospital not like this...

Warning- Do youself a favor, it's better not to take any medical help than visiting this mass murdered machine. They Killed My 16 year old kid without any treatment. They gave him high dose of wrong medicine and basically killed him, in just one day. I mean this Nursing Home should not exist, one of the most unprofessional, uneducated, and disgusting place. Also it's unhygienic, there is urine deposition in their washroom. None of the doctors will visit or talk to you, they will charge huge amount and eventually kill your patient. Never ever visit this place. I lost my little kid due to them, they all will suffer, they will get back all whatever they are doing. I hope this management...
