In the lunch section only a single guy was deployed for serving the food. At first you need to pay and take the bill. After taking the bill you will have to submit it to the respective counter from where you want purchase the item. Mainly this bill is to be submitted at the lunch counter. In the rush hours of puja when the demands of quite high, they deploy only one guy for serving, which makes the process quite slow. If I go with the quality of food, then I would at first like to say that they hardly use any oil for cooking. It is good for health. I have tried with 3 sweets. One is laddoo,another one is sweet made of nalen gur and another one is khirer perha. Except laddoo all other sweets are pathetic. As a sweet lover i would highly recommend you not to visit this place ever. This guys do not understand how to prepare sweets. Good packageing would not fulfill your test. The guidence of sweet at the store is very bad they do not understand what to recommend. The sales person do not understand the local language which is Bengali. Any local sweet shop can prepare much more good quality sweets than GUPTA BROTHERS. Gupta brothers completely ruin our evening snacks. This is not only from me but also from my family members and guests. ANY LOCAL SWEET SHOP CAN PREPARE VERY HIGH QUALITY AND VERY TASTY SWEETS THAN gupta brothers. Varities of sweets are very less. You will not have many options over there. I WOULD RECOMMEND YOU ANY OTHER LOCAL SWEET SHOP THAN GUPTA BROTHERS. The never ending menu seems like a marathon and surely it is. They have even introduced some Bengali Thali to satiate your homely cravings. From Sona Moong Dal, Beguni, Jhuri Alu Bhaja , Khejur Die Tomato r Chatni , Kochi Pathar Jhol , Desi Murgir Jhol they have it all.

Place is neat and clean always. They maintain proper hygiene also. After lock down they maintain proper guide line also. House keeping staff also very good. Fully air conditioning restaurant is this.
