The crispy coating couldn't mask the underlying fishy odor, making it difficult to enjoy the meal. Given the reputation of 6 Ballygunge Place, this was quite disappointing. I hope this was a one-time issue and that the restaurant ensures the quality and freshness of their ingredients...

We ordered take-away one day prior to the delivery date and paid an advance as well and were informed that they won't be able to deliver due to the rush for "Jamai Shoshti" on 5th June 2022. Agreed to doing the pick-up at a designated time of 1:30 pm and reached the place at 1:45 pm only to find that the order isn't ready and the lady there is asking me to "adjust". What more adjustment are these guys looking for? They gave more value to smaller Swiggy and Zomato orders and ignored an order of Rs. 10K plus as the money was already paid and I didn't have the luxury of complaining about the poor service? The service professionalism is terrible... The food was good, however the delay created a total mess of the entire event and we were disappointed...

My experience about Behala Outlet, in respect of Food Quality is not up to the Mark. On 2 different dates, order was placed there and found not satisfactory at all. Fish Paturi was made of number of small pieces instead of a whole piece. Amada Dal was Over boiled. Fish Fry was very Stiff and Dry, Mustard Sauce, Salad etc not given. Mutton Dak Bunglo was full of Bones and less Flesh. Malpua was very Hard to bite. On the other hand, Main Restaurant's Quality is Very Good. It seems that, Take Away facility is Not worthy.
