No consistency in product quality, lesser than average portion sizes & yet highly priced due to lack of local competition.

Quality of fried items vary immensely on daily basis. Radhaballabhis if purchased towards evening, usually turns stiff & white inside, showing high soda and dalda content. At 15rs per piece, such standard is atrocious.

Same for most sweets. If taken out from fridge,the texture clearly gives away high maida content. Overall, quality is detoriating every day, price is at par or even higher than standard south kolkata or north kolkata shops, yet quality is light...
