I ordered Egg Chicken Moglai and I was amazed by the quality and taste of it. Super soft and crispy with a descent filling and every bite you take along with the spicy potato curry or Aloor Tarkari ( As called in Bengali ) is just mind blowing. They have a great variety of platters and I am sure they must be equally tasty too. Owner of the outlet Mr Rahul is a learned and friendly person who knows how to deliver smile and satisfaction. Just 2 days back from now I ordered Egg Roll and plate of Steamed Chicken Momo and amazingly both were unique in taste. My wife loves Momo and she said it was the best which can happen and I say that the Egg Roll is so unique soft and crunchy especially the paratha however the cook forgot to give little bit more tomato sauce but overall it was excellent. Taste cannot be maintained K ( Constant) that's impossible so it will be variable which is acceptable. But I am sure the other items will be unique in there...

Red Garlic is a newly opened Take away joint located near Santoshpur, Modern land Girls high School. Specialises in Chinese items and kebabs.I tried their food for the first time and I am quite impressed with the food quality and price. I ordered- Fish malai kebabs which consisted of 6 pieces of kebabs. The size of the kebabs were pretty good and it tasted amazing. Next was Pan fried chicken momo which was also 6piece in quantity and it was tangy in flavour and had good amount stuffing inside. Then I tried Dry chilli chicken which was super delicious and had a perfect balance of flavours. I also tried laccha parantha & Dal makhanwala which was an ultimate combination. Red Garlic was responsible for all the meals for inhouse events during our wedding - they were selected basis recommendation of a close friend. Their food preparations were excellent especially at the key events of airburobhaat, bodhuboron and bhaat kapor. Prawns, Chitol Maach n Fish Fry were some the highlights over the 4 day event. There were couple of instances of inconsistencies though which were immediately corrected by them during the next meal. While food quality is worth all appreciations, Red Garlic has opportunities to improve their operational efficiencies at various points - there were couple of instances of unpunctuality and wrong food packets which can be quite a bummer in big ticket events.
