China Bowl — Restaurant in Kolkata

Just ordered chicken hakka noodle.they served pathetic food.just boiled noodles with stale chicken & egg with no vegetables at all.I complained in swiggy they refused to refund & then I called them & they listened whole thing & as usual they assured me to call me back but in vain they didn't. Why are you making fool to the customers? We are purchasing the food ....try to value your customer otherwise your restaurant will not run longer.fraud & lies can't be the base of any business....you are not at all eligible to run...

Just opening up cloud kitchen will not help. You have to maintain a basic consistency of your food taste and when your food does not have salt which means you have BIG GAP to plug ! Friday, Saturday and Sunday if your kitchen messes up orders with such miss, then I am sorry !! We can afford Chowman and Fiesta and would continue doing the same. If the owner wants a better feedback, then I expect an answer from the management which will help him. Not going to them next time and I am happy if Chowman...

This is a take away/delivery only place. I have ordered Chicken Hakka Noodles and Chicken Corn Soup. The noodle is really good with lots of chicken pieces. The price and quantity is good. But I am very disappointed with the soup. I had to add salt and black pepper to have some taste. The number of corn was too little and the style of giving chicken sticks in soup was a mismatch as well. Although, the price is less, the quantity could have been better for soup. Once order only...
