Well this is the highest rating provided by google that I can give to this outlet. In fact this is also too much for them.

Firstly - service The lady (the one at the counter) is extremely rude. No etiquettes of customer hospitality, even lacks how to be hostile with customer and does not even reply properly.

Secondly - They don't even have the message token for a birthday or an anniversary,

Thirdly - Less variety

Service - negative /5 Value for money- Not at all

They are only concerned to sell and not to gain customer trust and grow as a retailer

Special mentions - {Chocolate Biclate} (I wanted an anniversary token for my cakes n crumbles cake just went there and was offered one very happily free of cost)

Edit: The reply from management I guess the lady I called rude is here and they are doubting customer and I have no where mentioned that I bought it in last year one month(I am not a fool to buy again from a place where I have already faced such a disappointment) Also I am not getting paid for that but that gives me a doubt on your paid reviews on Google :) If you have more doubts with my profile please check my profile on insta and Zomato Hope that...

I have never bought a cake from here, but i was going through the reviews and the response from the owner. From the review and response I got that the owner is rude and lacks customer satisfaction quality. Now I do not want to buy anything from here because the owner needs to be polite to the customer.

Just received a reply. But the moment I entered the comment that day, just 5 mins after that I reached the shop. There was no one at the counter, and the counter where the cakes were displayed was all dripping water as if the cooling has been stopped. I didn't want to comment again about it as I bought a cake from the adjacent chocolate bicalate. But your reply was again not to provide satisfaction to the customer but to defend yourselves. I ordered cake for my husband's birthday,1 agent was there and he said order 2 to 3 days ago coz redecorating cake takes time. I wanted it on 31st december so i ordered on 27th December. On 31st december I called them just to inquire when my cake will be ready so that I can pick it up.one lady received the call she said there will not be any decorations on 500 gm cake!!! Really then why did you said that decorations can take time so order earlier? Secondly she cut my call. I called her twice after 2 hour but she didn't pick. When I went to take my cake even they didn't wrote happy birthday on it also.they did it after I was there. Really !!!only to write happy birthday you took 3 days?...
