I had a very disappointing experience at this Pizza Hut location. The staff seemed disinterested in providing good service, and the person taking my order was downright arrogant. Rather than assisting me with my order or clarifying my questions, their dismissive attitude made the process unnecessarily stressful.

Additionally, there was a lack of teamwork or support among the staff, which was evident in how long it took for my order to be processed. It felt like customer satisfaction was not a priority here.

I’ve always enjoyed Pizza Hut’s food, but this kind of service is unacceptable. A simple smile and courteous behavior can go a long way in creating a positive customer experience. I hope the management takes these concerns seriously and trains their staff to be more professional and...

Extremely Disappointing and Unsafe Experience.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel obligated to share my experience. I ordered a Friday unlimited pizza from Pizza Hut in Phoenix mall of the millennium Wakad and unfortunately, it was one of the worst meals I’ve ever had. The pizza was bland, undercooked, and completely lacking flavor — but worse, it made me and my family sick shortly after eating.

Within hours of eating it, I experienced severe stomach pain and other symptoms consistent with food poisoning. I had not eaten anything else that day, so I’m fairly confident this was the cause.

Food safety is not something to take lightly. I sincerely hope the restaurant takes this feedback seriously and reviews their hygiene and food preparation standards. I won’t be dining...

I am posting this review as I want people to be aware the pathetic food quality this particular branch is serving. Cheese is not actual cheese but it was a rubber type material. I ordered a cheese burst and they put this rubber type cheese looking material at the outer end of the crust. I could not eat more than a bite. Upon highlighting the issue to branch manager his reply was super rude and it did not affect him, rather is said this is what we serve.
