Worst service very ignorant person on order counter have to ask individuals to take the order I even saw a 80+ years of senior citizen uncle who was humbly asking the person to take the order but the counter person showed his inhuman behaviour to ignore the senior citizen multiple times I was a happy customer of jumboking but with this kind of disrespectful experience i would definitely make sure not to visit this place again Now having its bad brand...

person here at the counter was so busy with his mobile that i felt like im requesting him to take money, for anything i asked he dint had it like softy,cold drink , also burgers were very limted..etc when gave him card to swipe he replied his machine was also not working ..he was not even sorry for all this service..was just busy witg his phone..seems he dosent need anyncustomer he has earn sufficient..please close...

Dear jumbo king, i am not unhappy with outlet but over the period of time u have removed “vada pav” from ur menu

It was affordable for all class of customers. Price was starting from as low as 17 rs. Now ur not even selling vada pav , which was so so so good

Now u r selling only burgers, price starts from 55 or 59 I guess , not affordable for all customers. That also not so amazing in taste
