Complaint regarding poor delivery experience

To Index Management,

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the delivery experience of my vehicle on 30th October 2024.Unfortunately, the entire process was marred by several issues, which I outline below:

Issues Encountered:

Delay in Delivery Time: The scheduled delivery time was 1000hrs which was scheduled by the Index Automotive Solutions Private Limited - Mira Road East -Thane but the handover process started only at 1330hrs, causing significant inconvenience.

Missing Accessories: Despite committing to provide certain accessories a week prior, they were not installed on the delivery day. Moreover, we were informed that they were out of stock, yet we were charged for them in the billing.

Rude Staff Behavior: The staff's behavior was extremely rude and threatening when we raised our concerns and issues.

Lengthy Handover Process: The entire procedure took an unacceptable 5 hours to complete.

Overall Experience: The experience was woefully disappointing and frustrating.

Impact on Family: My family, including two small children, suffered greatly during this ordeal, making the experience even more distressing.

We request immediate intervention and attention to address these concerns.

The excitement and happiness of this milestone moment were completely ruined by the atrocious experience at Index Automobile. The delays, missing accessories, and rude staff behavior left a sour taste. Unfortunately, this outlet has lost our trust and loyalty.

Due to this disappointing experience, I regret to say that I will not recommend Index Automotive Solutions Private Limited -Miraroad -East-Thane to anyone. The lack of professionalism and customer care displayed on such a significant day is unacceptable.
