Mismanagement : Backyard beer Garden allows Family with children's and youngsters together under one roof. A place where you smoke, drink beer, alcohol and what not while children's are playing around. I could understand, if there is a separate family room. But this one doesn't.

Space : 800 to 900 usable sq feet area. Which is majorly occupied by huge unwanted chairs, making it uneasy to move around without excusing others.

Service: is a mater of concern. You need to wait for 10 min before the waiter or captain can come to you. And further wait for almost 30 min for a Mojito to come. Sea food is prepared in another restaurant and served here. Pizza base finishes off and every customers who ordered 2 are asked to adjust with one.

Seating issues: A pre ordered booked seats are given away to someone else. Even after providing a confirmation 10 mins prior to the scheduled time and then the staff talk to all the guests making them uncomfortable asking the guests to adjust somewhere else, which takes another 30 mins of unnecessary waiting.

Food Quality: Pathetic. Out of the 10 dishes ordered by 9 people. Only 1 had some taste rest were all not up to the mark. In facts the Coktails LIT, Screwdriver were not of any standards,.

Cheap serving tricks: A 60 ml vodka ordered , was sent as 30 ml. Not sure where the rest 30...

Kaitlyn's Beer Garden is a place of garden décor and of course, beer. From Belgian Wit to Stout, the beer menu offers them all crafted to lift up your style and mood. Its menu talks about Continental, Italian, Mexican and World cuisines. Its glittery indoors and scrumptious menu of beer and delicious cuisines are both soothing to eyes and tastebuds. Flat breads- Chicken Tikka Flat bread and Confit Tomatoes Margarita were irresistibly delicious. Sliders- 3 portions served with fresh French fries and yummilicious dips, your mouth will never stop munching. Bbq chicken sliders are the best. Appetisers- the appetizers were too hard to resist on too. Cheesy Nachos, Salted Fries, Chicken Barbeque wings, Cajun Baby Potato, etc to list down amongst many others. pick from Salads or even from healthy sandwiches or toasties. Like we had Ceaser Salad and Hass Avocado Toast Mains (Italian, Mexican & Continental) - Wild Mushroom is the best to have from Risotto. Basil Pesto was another best that can turn on your taste buds there. Its all greeny and creamy and rich in basil flavours in every bite, quesadilla and Beer Infused Chicken are all the more best to binge on Dessert- Limited edition but worth eating their best selling 'Chocolate Belgium Kaitlyn's Beer Garden is the perfect place to have a casual dining here. Upon stepping into Backyard Beer Garden, I was immediately struck by its charming country-style design. The rustic decor, combined with a warm and inviting ambiance, creates a perfect setting for a relaxed evening out. The addition of well-curated music enhances the vibe, making it an ideal spot to unwind with friends or family.

However, one minor drawback was the entrance, which felt a bit dim and unwelcoming, especially at night. A little more attention to lighting could make the arrival experience as pleasant as the rest of the evening.

Moving on to the food, we started with the prawn tempura and fish and chips, both of which were delightful. The prawn tempura was crispy and light, and the fish and chips were perfectly cooked with a satisfying crunch. For the main course, the chicken gassi with neer dosa was a highlight—an absolute must-try for anyone visiting. The rich and flavorful gassi paired wonderfully with the soft, delicate neer dosa. In contrast, the Barbecue chicken pizza was somewhat underwhelming; it was decent but didn’t quite live up to the rest of the meal.
