Anutham - A Perfect World — Local services in Mumbai

This is a redevelopment project. Which has previous building tenants shifted to a nearby Mhada building. The building is ready with all necessary connections but does NOT have OC.... People have shifted here which is absolutely illegal in terms of not having OC. If u are planning to buy a flat here be careful as the builder has not received OC since past 1 year and may take another years to get OC. This is the reason the commercial shops are also not operational. There are Many investors involved in making this building out of which 1 is India bulls. India bulls has paid his share and earned his profits and have taken exit from this project. Another developer shri samarth spark has also exited. Definitely going to be a sick society with sick people who think animal's life doesn't have any value. A stray female dog had littered six puppies in this building compound which are now not even a month old, builder forced his staff to move this puppies out of the compound. Only within 2 days of doing this one puppy dies as the they are moved to the gate that is next to the road. Project is under construction not even completed yet. What is the use of being billionaire or millionaire if you can’t be kind to other life forms, the puppies would have grown after a month and would have left on their own. It doesn’t take a lot to be kind and one life could have been saved. I stay nearby this project, we were planning to buy property in Mulund next year and were considering Anutham as it’s in our preferred location but now...

One of the worst builder. Never buy property from them. Very greedy.. If it would have been in there control they would have sold trees, footpath and adjacent municipal garden. Will never give possession on time and do not care...
