Tea and Conversations — Restaurant in Mumbai

We visited Tea and Conversations in Mulund East and ordered peri peri nachos, an Oreo milkshake, and 2 pieces of waffles. At first, everything seemed fine, but the experience quickly went downhill.

To begin with, the seating itself was uncomfortable. The larger table with wooden seating, where we sat as a group, had no pillows or cushioning whatsoever. Within minutes, the hard wooden edges began to hurt my feet, making it difficult to sit comfortably and enjoy the meal.

Moving to the food, the waffles we received were extremely small in portion, burnt in texture, and to make matters worse, the chocolate ice cream served alongside contained a garlic clove. This was both shocking and unacceptable. Naturally, we raised the issue with the staff, but instead of offering an apology or an appropriate resolution, they refused to compensate for the waffles. Their reasoning was that since “most of it was finished,” and that they couldn’t do anything which was an inaccurate claim, considering the waffles were so small that even one or two bites gave the false impression of being nearly done.

What stood out even more was the attitude of the staff. At no point did they apologise for the burnt food, the foreign object in the ice cream, or the overall inconvenience. They instead offered only additional ice cream, which was not what we wanted nor a fair solution. The entire process of addressing the complaint was unnecessarily delayed, dismissive, and unprofessional.

Overall, the food was mid at best, the seating highly uncomfortable, and the staff both incompetent and rude. To conclude, I do not recommend visiting Tea and Conversations, Mulund East. The experience was poorly managed, and the lack of accountability from the staff leaves a lasting...

One of the worst place I ever visited Will never visite this place again in my entire life and would recommend you all not to visit this place, besides this there is ETC and preeti sandwich pls go there insted of the third class place. I ordered peri peri maggie and there chef could not differentiate between peri peri masala and red chill powder peri peri maggie was Hilirous to have it was so spicy that no one in my group was able to have it. After having there peri peri masala every friend of mine including me visited doctor it was so bad. Quality of the good 0. Guys pls don't visit this place...

Tea and conversation is a tiny small cafe located in Mulund West . They have excellent food which is reasonable and delicious. The taste of the food is scrumptious. I’ve visited it with few of my friends and I totally loved it . You can try their mac and cheese pasta , tandoori paneer pizza , and molten cheese garlic bread . The quantity and quality both is perfect. The cafe is hygienic and clean . The taste of the food is too good . The staff is humble friendly and polite . I will definitely recommend this...
