I recently visited Satkar Sweets and Snacks and was deeply disappointed by my experience, primarily due to severe hygiene and mismanagement issues.

Upon entering, we noticed Deepu, the staff member assigned to our order of garlic bread with corn, brooming the shop. While cleanliness is crucial in any food establishment, it was concerning to see him transition directly from sweeping the floor to food preparation without proper sanitation protocols.

Despite washing his hands post-brooming, Deepu proceeded to make our order without wearing gloves. When we requested that he put on gloves, he showed utter disappointment, which was both unprofessional and troubling. He placed the bread in his hand and then, with the other hand, began scooping cheese from a container, exposing our food to potential contamination.

When we asked to cancel our order and requested a refund, the staff reacted poorly, creating a scene rather than addressing our concerns professionally. This escalated further when my mother approached the owner for assistance. Instead of offering a solution, he disrespected her, which added to our frustration.

The overall experience at Satkar Sweets and Snacks was marred by inadequate hygiene practices and unprofessional behavior. It’s crucial for any eatery to prioritize cleanliness and customer service, and unfortunately, this establishment fell short in both areas. I cannot recommend Satkar Sweets and Snacks based on...

In two separate instances we understood true nature of this sweet shop staff and owners.

Sometime ago I had bought special jalebi. To our surprise jalebi was smelled awful with taste atrociously stingy. When I had confronted on this issue, they simply denied that such thing could happen and that no other customer mentioned about it. This indicated the level of assessment that they consider even before committing anything.

In second instance, I had ordered for batata wada's well in advance. A receipt was given though that we ended up losing it. When we reached the satkar sweet shop to collect the order, the owner vehemently denied that without bill number he wouldn't be helping us. But in no less than 5 mins he was able to trace it. This issue could have been handled in better way and it shows owners attitude towards its customers. Maybe this is owing to 4+ star rating in google and other platforms as well.

Wide variety of snacks and sweets available in shop. This review is for delivery order from this shop.

Online orders are packed and dispatched on time. Couple of times when items are not available, they have called and sorted out on replacement. Packaging is decent but they charge for packaging per item on online orders. If I order a pack of chips and khakra what additional packaging will be done on it.

Wada pav , Corn chips roasted , Idli batter, Whole wheat buns , Dry fruit gujiya (holi Special), gajar halwa, american corn bhakarwadi, dhokla, Gud Bajri khakra, Makai Methi khakra, whole wheat toast etc are all good in quality and taste. Malai paneer quality is also good. Sabudana chakli, thepla, Samosa is average. Most of sweets, bakery items etc are reasonably priced compared with other similar shops. Few farsans are overpriced.

Majority of items are good in quality and taste but one star less in rating only for packaging cost...
