Worst experience ever with this hotel.I had booked the room online through OYO with booking id and already paid the bill online but when reached to the hotel,he didn't accept the booking and and demanded ₹1800 more money for check in the room.When I contacted OYO customer care, they didn't do anything rather they were providing me room somewhere else at very high price.Finally,after roaming for 3 hours on the road,I booked a room on very high price and OYO had not refunded my already paid money either. There is a nexus between this hotel and OYO.Never book this hotel,My mistake was-I had not read the review before booking or else I would have never booked this hotel. They don't accept it and demand more money. Better to avoid The room is not perfect. No ventilation available in the room and space also. Mosquito 🦟 also available in the room for sing a song. Receptions guys can charge some extra money. They not considered OYO coopen code and asking you to pay some extra money on their QR code not via to OYO application. Read moreDear Sir, With this Oyo booking, we reached hotel, but the hotel manager and GM refused to give us the room with the OYO booking rate, which had already paid during booking ( The complete booking cost) They disagreed with OYO's booking policies and demanded for the extra cost... It was a very bad experience we faced everand were depressed. We request you to look into the matter to resolve the issue not only with this hotel, but all the hotels linked with OYO. Take a strong corrective action, so that it should not happen with any other OYO's customers in future. If couldn't find the solution then need to launch the complaint in customer forum court.
