I have always been an admirer of the taste of the food served, no matter where its prepared. They do offer that but the cons of visiting a place like this or the people that own and serve at a place like this outweighs the one most important thing, the taste.

I have had bitter experiences twice at this place. Slow service, hygiene, staff and owner attitude while serving or resolving issues. While i did not have any great expectations, they must address issues in a decent manner.

My last visit was a while back and as much as i wanted to be a loyal and a revisiting patron, i will not return to this place nor will i order home delivery.

They have a ridiculous policy of still charging 2% of the bill amount if you wish to pay by credit card. I had to argue with the cashier and i think a gentleman who was either the manager or the owner, usually sits at the ground level dining area. Not a man of decent conversation.

The other incident had nothing to do with food. I went to dine at Chote nawab which is just a few feet away from them and parking my two wheeler was an issue due to some ongoing road maintenance and i had to park in their lane just across their entrance. They had placed giant prep station just across their entrance and was blocking half the lane so i had to park there as i had no choice. Upon returning post dinner, my helmet was gone and the bike was moved. Also the cooking station was gone. Upon asking the restaurant staff/owner, i was rudely directed to leave and bluntly told they had not taken my helmet. I know for sure it was them who took it because my bike was blocking the prep station which was left on the road. No arguments from my side, i just left.

Worst service ever in my life there is no propper staff appointed and even after ordering and making him note all items he will still miss out some thing and even the waiter he don't know half of the things what he has in the restaurant and they are sooo slow after ordering butter roti they will give you non butter roti when we ask them to put butter they will behave rude and take 25 mins just to put butter in your roti as well they will serve you main course first and that will go cold very bad it took more than 3 hours just to have dinner all because of their slow food service no matter the food I upto the mark but their service staff and manager is unprofessional and they don't accept cards and UPI payment instead they will ask you to go to atm and withdraw and pay us at the end they asked please do some initiate from your end and go to atm and withdraw no matter the ambience is nice food is also but the service is worst ever because of service will 0 and food I can give 4.5 stars

And even if we ask them to give something to munch as the food is late and even ready for paying he says I have to go down and bring this is what you have to hear first time I heard this that even after paying you get to hear this and manger will keep looking and not say anything and worst font have veg food here the paneer is worst like rubber and if we complain...

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Zaika Restaurant and I must say, the experience exceeded my expectations.
