It's located at prime location in Kandivali west. Mahavir Nagar where this place is located is mostly famous for its street food and clothing shops. You can travel to this place by rickshaw or BEST bus from Kandivali west or Borivali West railway station. There are many food vendors with their stalls at Xth Center mall. Famous Dmart shopping center, Starbucks, Croma are in same shopping center at ground level. Mobile shops, wine shop, book shop, beauty salon are also there at ground level. Brand factory and Golds Gym are therenon first floor. Behind it there is Sachin Tendulkar sports ground. On opposite side you will find sweets and fastfood shops like Mumbadevi Jalebiwala, Shree Ram sweets, Bikaji Food junxon, Brijwasi sweets...

Road side shops are great but inside there are no commercial shops and majority have been converted to offices or classes. Also it doesn't have inhouse parking and road side parking options are very very limited.

Location: Bang on Mahavir Nagar Khao Gully easily visible.

Parking: If you are going for food then it is advisable to not take personal vehicle as it has very limited parking options.

Commercial Shops: The mall is famous for specifically 3-4 brands: D-Mart Starbucks Croma Brand Factory

Besides these there r various other brands like Frozen bottle etc. But except for road facing shops majority of mall is occupied by offices or tuition classes.

Pros Bus Stop just in front of the exit.

Cons No proper Maintenance of Washrooms. No transparency in the Maintenance of Mall. Escalators not in working condition since beginning. Lifts condition is diaplated. Check the lifts from the parking basement. Lighting is very dim inside the Lift. There was a fire issue at the Mall. However it's still not Fire Safe. Unauthorized Construction inside the Mall. Etc and the List goes on.
