Subject: Urgent Feedback and Escalation Regarding Pathetic Experience at Chicken Central, Food Court 3rd Floor - Potential Health, Financial, and Service Violations To Whom It May Concern (Mass Public, Government Authorities, and Mall Management), This feedback serves as a formal escalation of an extremely negative and concerning experience at Chicken Central, located in the Food Court on the 3rd floor of your mall. My recent visit revealed multiple critical issues that demand immediate attention and action. Issue 1: Unhygienic Kitchen Conditions: The visible state of the kitchen at Chicken Central raises serious concerns about food safety and hygiene standards. This poses a significant risk to public health and requires immediate inspection and rectification. Issue 2: Suspicious Billing Practices and Potential Tax Evasion: Chicken Central failed to provide a proper, computer-generated bill for the highly priced food items. Upon requesting a bill, the staff reacted with astonishment and informed me of a 10-15 minute waiting time. Ultimately, I was presented with a bogus bill on plain paper with handwritten charges. This strongly suggests potential GST and tax evasion, which is a serious legal offense and a financial injustice to the public and the government. Issue 3: Grossly Delayed Service: The service at Chicken Central was excessively slow and inefficient. This caused significant inconvenience and frustration. Issue 4: Inadequate Seating Arrangements: The food court in general suffers from a severe lack of proper seating arrangements. Customers are forced to actively search and request chairs, highlighting a significant oversight in customer comfort and convenience. Overall Pathetic Experience: My overall experience at Chicken Central was unequivocally pathetic. The combination of unhygienic conditions, suspicious billing practices, delayed service, and lack of basic amenities like seating creates an unacceptable environment for consumers. Call to Action: I urge the relevant authorities (including but not limited to food safety inspectors, GST and tax departments) to conduct an immediate and thorough investigation into the operations of Chicken Central. Furthermore, I implore the mall management to take responsibility for the standards of their tenants and ensure that all establishments within their premises adhere to hygiene regulations, fair billing practices, and provide a basic level of customer service and comfort. The mass public needs to be aware of these issues to make informed decisions about where they spend their money and risk their health. Failure to address these critical issues will not only damage the reputation of Chicken Central and the mall but also erode public trust and potentially lead to legal consequences. I expect a prompt and decisive response to these serious concerns. Sincerely, A Concerned Citizen...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreHave been visiting this place since mid 2000's. Watched Dozens of movies, almost twice every week during school days. Back then the Multiplex was known as Fame Adlabs. My family were the one's who frequented this Multiplex since its First month at Borivali, Inorbit Mall and even at Infinity Mall!
Many times at movies we were the only ones inside movie hall, at evening and night shows.
I was also a VIP CARD OLDER SINCE FIRST MONTH OF THE MALL AT GAMING ARCADE BOTH AT INORBIT MALL AND HEREš
HAVE NEVER FOUND SERVICE OF INORBIT MALL GAMING ARCADE, NO WHERE CLOSE TO GAMING ARCADE AT RAGHU LEELA MALL.
Have seen alot changes here be it Shops, Food court, Gaming arcade, Multiplex and visitors.
Multiplex There were 6screens here earlier, only Two were comparable in size with INORBIT MALL.
Gaming arcade Smaller in size as compared to Grovel's Mall. Inorbit Mall had the biggest one in its earlier decade but now neither there is good service nor as many games. Infiniti Andheri was a little bigger than here.
Shopping Purchased clothes here. Repented as Alot I mean too Many people only come here to try as many clothes as possible, making the fit way too loose, colour fades and the Material looks outdated WITHIN First Week! Sai collection manager was so Surprised that he called me after I bought Denim and T-shirt WITHIN 5minutes of Entering the place. A guy who had tried around 30 New Tshirt atleast as there were only those many kept on the counter when we'd entered, BOUGHT NOTHING. MADE THE FIT OF THEM LOOSE, AS HE WAS TRYING 2SIZES SMALLER ONE'S, EACH AND EVERY š”š HE TRIED ALL TYPES OF PANTS THEN WENT FOR TSHIRTS HOURS BEFORE WE REACHED AND ALSO WAS LOUD. I THOUGHT RIVALS WERE RUNNING THIS SHOP ON THAT DAY !
FOOD COURT Earlier there were better options among cuisines. Used to eat alot of Different dishes be it Thali, Punjabi, Fries and Italian American Express joint next to another Punjabi, Chinese etc. Now most of the Joints offer the same menu. Tried Fried Chicken bucket, MOST Costliest on the Food court Rs750+. Not worth it. Too empty Food court.
Vibe Crowd is better at other Malls Shop owners are Least Interested people in business. Products are over tried within the First week of Arrival rendering it Looking Obsolete or Worse, Godi like the ones sold at Borivali Station!
HYGIENE Not Bad. Could be better, outside road is Trash can till date, since First Year.
Ambience Not Premium...

The mall can get crowded on weekends and is a filming location for Bollywood movies and TV serials.
Some visitors have noted maintenance and cleanliness issues, as well as escalators or lifts not always working, particularly post-movie hours, which can be inconvenient for senior citizens and families.
The mall offers affordable shopping, themed fun for kids, and a lively atmosphere, but several shops remain shut and some sections may feel less vibrant compared to newer malls.
