MYRAH - Juhu — Local services in Mumbai

EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MGMT and LACK OF EMPATHY!! I had purchased a spa voucher for my wife for our anniversary for Rs 4000 at Myrah Juhu just before COVID hit in 2020. Once Covid hit, obviously everything was shut for 2 years until 2022. I recently called Myrah back to renew the voucher, and they outright refused to do it, citing excuses such as accounting issues. This is the first place I have encountered who have refused to renew a voucher due to covid, that too a PAID VOUCHER!! Myrah did not even call me back after Covid to inform they are operational and remind me to avail my paid voucher service after Covid. Myrah was referred to me by a friend, but they failed to live up to their customer relationship mgmt. TL;DR My #1 spa place

The spa is located very close to PVR Juhu, hidden between trees, I noticed MYRAH engraved on the wall.

Upon entering I was welcomed into a clean, inviting waiting area. I was provided a cold, refreshing welcome drink(green in color).

Momentarily I was asked about my massage preferences, I was going to opt for Swedish but the lady recommended Balinese massage, she explained to me what the massage entails, the oil choice and I agreed to go for Balinese. I was also asked my preference to shower and steam. I was also intro to my masseuse, Zoya.

The massage room was clean, well maintained and had the perfect ambience to provide a relaxing experience. Zoya was courteous and attentive.

After the massage was done I popped into the steam & shower. After I was escorted to the lobby. I was given a warm, calming tea.

Payment experience was smooth sailing.

This is a must visit place for an evening of relaxation after hectic hours at the workplace. Jeeta at the reception is a warm presence, who guides you beautifully through the process. You are welcomed with a lemongrass drink that refreshes you from the get go. This is followed by the masseuse asking you about your preferences regarding the massage therapy you've booked. An hour of relaxation later, you are then given a rose tea and dark chocolate to wrap up the entire experience.

My experience with the masseuse, Mimi, was amazing. She understood the problem areas and focused on those and regulated the pressure as per my requirements. The massage was followed by a hot shower (you also have an option of a steam).
