Pros: Variety of Shopping Options: With over 100 stores you'll find everything you need. Dining: Enjoy meals at restaurants like McDonald's, Pizza Hut, KFC, and Sports Box. Entertainment: Catch a movie at the 10-screen Cinepolis or have fun at the game zone. Convenient Location: Easily accessible by bus, train, or metro, with ample parking space.

Things to Improve: Crowds: Can get busy during peak hours and weekends. Limited Seating: Might not be enough seating for all customers in the food court.

Overall Experience: I visit Neptune Magnet Mall frequently with friends and family, and we always have a great time exploring the various stores, dining options, and entertainment activities. The mall's modern architecture and clean facilities added to our overall experience.

Initially the Mall was opened, there were a lot of businesses, such as Central, Food court, Games for kids and many other options for entertainment and shopping needs. However , today not many of the options are available for the customers to spend some quality time at the Neptune Mall. Apart from the Metro, Croma to name a few, there is also an open turf for Cricket and Football, for which the reservation is mandatory ( weekends are really tight) . So, with limited options the mall...

Overall, the mall was decent. It felt a bit quiet and less crowded, probably because there aren’t many activities or attractions inside. Cinepolis is on the 3rd floor, but apart from that, there isn’t much to do. The waiting time for lifts is quite long, and there are no proper directions or signboards, so you often need to ask staff for guidance. The mall is okay overall, but it lacks a lively, happy vibe. With some improvements, it could definitely become a better...

Mall is just running because of Cinepolis else this place has very less shops and is mostly deserter. There are no escalators working condition. Had to climb 3 floors for Cinepolis. For Cinepolis u have a separate hidden lift. God knows.

The only reason I visit this mall is because of the movie theatre, or else this place is just an abondaned infrastructure. U will have to walk towards the 3rd floor via stairs since the escalator and lift are quite independable.
