Royal Symphony — Restaurant in Mumbai

First of all we saw the photos on zhomato which was looking very good so we chose to dine in here. It was showing pro restaurent I tried to book table which was failed as restaurant did not confirmed booking. Still we went for dinner and there was no one in hotel. Leteron few people came. Ambiance was good only sofa coutions need a change. They are totally damaged and not at all comfy. We ordered tomato soup, soup tast was not bad but the cream in it was all lumps. No fried toast given with the soup.😪 Till we finish soup no one asked us for drinking water. Then we asked and got a bottle. Paneer greavy was okiesh not properly thick. Roti and naan was good🙏 Though i have told to serve fresh lime soda along with food it was served late. Tissue paper ( infirior quality) was served on quarter plate😪 At the time of bill i was rejected for paying via ZOMATO PRO. by a waiter. I escallated it to chef he dpsent know anything than asking people how was food. I asked him to inform the hotel manager/owner so they could come and atleast speak with me. No one came. Instead again same waiter came andinformed pro wont work. I insisted to pease ask manager to come and talk with me waiter went and came with the rude answer that go and spske at cash counter. I simply paid my cash and left the hotel. Last but not the least.. No finger bowl/wet tissue given. No...

So I would like to talk about our last night experience, I would say it was our wrost experience ,we around 12 persons planned to choose this place for some small party, First of all, service was too delay, in spite of less clients, Stocks were unavailable what we were asking, Food was so horrible I don't have words to describe, specially chicken biryani n paplet fish n even other items were that bad, only dal khicdhi were excellent, Inspite of good ambience they failed to provide good service, good food , I would say this is very unorganized hotel with poor staff n service, they need to change everything Orelse it's difficult to survive in this industry where u getting good food with good price with...

Delayed order (1 hr late) , then we asked dinner take out as it was very late, to give take away also they took 20-30 mints then bill also took so much of time. And also while we were waiting for our orders the owner was scolding someone very loudly in side the workspace, not humble at all.
