Pathetic Experince at Theobroma Juhu

I have been a loyal customer of Theobroma from last couple of years. But very sad to see that they have no care or affection towards loyal customers.

Theobroma is famous for his brownies. I specially took brownies for an uncle who is visiting from USA. He wanted to eat cake and not brownies. Immediately I returned to the store and asked if they can replace. I have been to other stores and cafes and anyone would take this genuine request.

However the manager was quite admant and rude. I was not asking for a refund. Was even ready to pay the diffrence however she was very admant on not taking my request.

I eventually bought the cakes and had to discard the brownies.

Its not about the amount but the pathetic customer service experince.

Theorbroma was not expecting from such a good brand like u, such poor...

The place was horrible. The manager had too much attitude, and in fact, he pushed my phone away when I was trying to take a picture the brownie which was served to me was cold, and the worker would refuse to get to get me more brownie and did not let me check the freezer and had too much attitude. I was forced to eat eggless. The money was not worth it I regret my decision. if I wanted to have a classier meal, I would have gone to a Bhelpuri Walla. He has pink t shirt. I ordered a Oreo cake and when we done with our eating and at the time of billing he charged us 18% gst on the cake, I didn’t know they would take gst but they told it is written on the tag but then after calculating he charged us more than 18%,like 50 rupees more this totally scam I’m not complaining just about 50bucks but this is total scam owners should look on this before me many were scammed and price tag was wrong still they charged us more. Conclusion- don’t go here total scam and all tables We’re dirty with mosquitos on it and staff were not friendly total waster of money...
