we order n we started eating we ordered 3 things in middle of 3 sandwich the cashier suddenly told Bill bhardo time zada hogaya hai W.T.F we were eating sandwich not anything Time Zada hogaya hai we had order 3 things it took time that's our fault.I told we want to order ice cream sandwich he said its not available.We usually come here to eat Ice cream sandwich,today it wasnt available or he didn't wanted to give.We paid the bill after bill payment the cashier says Aur kuch chaiye. WORST SERVICE We HAD AT THIS PLACE WE TRAVEL ALL THE FROM MIRA ROAD. Moral IF YOU LIKE THEN COME OR DONT. I was in Love with this place due to Ice Cream Sandwich but the cashier turns my love off. Ice n rolls is located at JVPD scheme Juhu and it is a street food joint with a stall set up where you can stand and eat or order food in your car. There is a runner who gets the menu in the car and you can order the food. The place is street food hence don't judge it on the basis of hygiene. What is guaranteed here is tasty lip smacking food. We ordered for sandwich and the veg blast pizza. The pizza was extremely cheesy and yummy. The prices are inexpensive and the quantity is good. The service is super fast with quick order delivery. Worst place to have a vada pav near mithibai. Got 7 vada pavs for parcel. When I took home and started eating vadas were tasting sour meaning that it had become stale. So when I took them back they were not accepting only that it’s their fault and started Justifying that all the potatoes are boiled here only and were not ready to accept only. After telling repeatedly they changed only 4 vadas and threw the old packet which had 7 and started arguing that u got only 4.so we can replace only 4. So my sincere request to u is that don’t visit this place for any food as the quality is pathetic and the staff is arrogant. Pls stay away...
