I don’t wish to give even a star. Sharing my experience with this store:

Bought a gown for my engagement at this shop which was simple for Rs 15000. When the gown was delivered found it had multiple holes at the bottom.I just had a week to go for my engagement.

Asked them to allow me to buy another one for the same price or give me credit note. They disagreed as the gown was customised for my fitting. They mentioned they will re- make it at the factory.

The gown was delivered just 2 days before my engagement and this time it was re-done with multiple joints, felt like they had shortage of raw material and joined at multiple places, the worst thing it had a joint right at the front which was very noticeable. Was very disappointed as couldn’t either shop for a new one nor had the time for replacement.

We went to the shop a week later my engagement and they agreed that the joint should have been done at the back side, which was very unprofessional from the tailoring end. What was bad that they were still not ready to pay me the amount and said they would fix it. It’s just that there’s no point now fixing it as I bought it for my engagement and had to wear it as is.

It’s very disappointing that they are more concerned about their money and not customer satisfaction.

As a shop owner, I would be more happy if my customer is satisfied. Its like I bought a defective...

Ruined my Sangeet Prep. M getting married in May 2022, had given order for a sangeet wear - but they made something else altogether without communicating the same to us. Further the trial was delayed by over 2 weeks, leading to us finding out about this arbitary decision on their end only 3 weeks before my sangeet. Had to cancel the order and got my money refund but the time wasted and the stress this has caused me and my family members will be remembered for a life time.

Advice to future customers : Be careful while shopping here, they tend to over promise on all ur requirements and then change them to suit whatever they want to provide thinking the customer will settle for it in the end. Best place for family clothing...good options actually.. Loved it. The best part of Options is you actually need a place where all family members can get the all options of clothing. I was looking for that kind of place since long, but finally I found this pleasure @Options. This place was suggested by my friends wife some time back, but yesterday I got the opportunity to go at this place. You can get most of the brands with size and colour options. I didn't visit to men's formal section, my visit was limited to men's casual section and girls for the age 12 year's casual section. Specially girls section was really impressed me.
