Buying in-store at Fabindia Vasant Kunj is always a far better experience than shopping online on the Fabindia website. The collection at this store is huge and amazing, a lot to choose from, and the staff are extremely friendly, polite, and professional, always ready to help. Highly recommended.
In contrast, the online service is extremely disappointing. The returns and refund process is painfully slow and poorly managed, and the customer service team shows little regard for treating customers well.

Read moreI think fabindia needs some help. Firstly their stuff is exorbitantly priced. Then when you find something which you like, it's really difficult to get it in your size. Or the house decor items are generally out of stock. It could be a coincidence that it's happened with me everytime, but it feels that the store is full of sale items ( odd sized stuff or stuff which is not generally selling) being sold at regular rates.
