The worst staff management ever. This is very regular ice cream place with just a pricey menu.

For a place like this, there should be some kind of flexibility given to the customers.

We had a total bill of 1800 Rs for only our family and the staff was not even ready to change a flavor of ice cream scoop on one of the sundaes, we ordered.

We ddnt want strawberry flavor in one of the sundaes which had 4 ice cream scoops and to replace the strawberry scoop with any other flavor they wanted us to pay 60 rupees.

Its really pity that these businesses don't have any flexibility when it comes to even large orders like this.

We would have been their regular customers if these cheap money making standards were not in place, but they choose to make a 60 rupees for things like this, than making a future business. I can't blame the staff for this, but it's just the management

On top of it, our kid had ordered a milk shake by seeing a bottle on the menu, and after paying and being served at the table, it came in a regular glass.

I asked them why this was in this glass and not like the one in the menu and they told me I had to pay 10 rupees extra for that to be served in the bottle as it was a take away bottle. I was so irritated on hearing this as they ddnt take the money when I ordered it showing in the menu and when they served on the table they wanted more money for which they didn't even give me a bill.

This review is based on the attitude of the person who represented over a call for a delivery order through swiggy. The person not only updated a false ETA on the app and delayed the order for atleast 45 mins but also spoke rudely. When I called to enquire if there is an issue in the order he said the app will show wrong ETA. I requested him to try to send the ice creams in its frozen form(unmelted), he immediately changed his tone and said it will be melted in this weather and I have to adjust with it. I asked are you saying ordering an ice cream during this time is a bad idea? He said ice cream will melt naturally. I said, I agree but you can send them in cold insulated boxes like how pizzas are delivered hot. If they cannot promise the quality of the product they sell, why sell in the first place? I suggested him to use an insulated box which he was not ready to accept my suggestions. He kept on denying for everything I said and asked "Do you understand" multiple times as if he is dealing with an illiterate person. I then cancelled the order for which he intentionally called again and said, " Go buy the unmelted icecreams wherever you get". His attitude was very rude and disappointing. Ice cream is good as usual but the person at the cash counter or the place we order is the worst guy I have ever seen. He looks at the appearance of the person while taking the order.. He ignored the person who was wearing South Indian clothing and respond to the person who was standing behind wearing jeans and T-shirt.. Is this the way he will behave.. Both of them paying for the money for whatever they bought... Will he reduce the cost for the person who he ignored because of the appearance.. Does make up, dress make sense here.. Is the dress or appearance determine the persons knowledge.. Really disappointed with him.. Please respect everyone equally..
