I have been a customer of this restaurant for more than 10 years, but yesterday I went for dinner, it was a horrible experience, inspite it was Sunday the restaurant was not too much crowded usually it would be crowded on weekends, and I could there are many changes in the restaurant old staffs are missing, only two suppliers were there serving food, they even show tensed faces to the customer, coming to food, it's not the usual food we eat, it's was served chill, it's not hot, we ordered rotis but it was like papad, very thin and hard to break it, gravies were a bit salty, pan fried grill chicken was too oily and salty, and the forget our orders, the server came in we asked for our rotis he started saying you people didn't order it and we said ordered it, he went back to the person who took the order and the went prepared the rotis and served it, by the time the rotis came the gravy was totally chilled. Even to our surprise they were fighting and shouting inside the kitchen when customers were waiting for their food. To my conclusion overall a horrible dinner experience, there administration should bring back the old staff and servers, and if the chef's are new please train them properly, your ambiance might have got improved but the service and food have gone to the bottom. I prefer to come to...
Read moreI went to have dinner in this restaurant, though they don't have a catchy ambience, but it is nice to sit and eat in the open air. Talking about food we ordered Hot and sour Veg soup - tastes good but the vegetables were too crunchy, Veg noodles - tastes really good, Mushroom pallipalyam - it was given in semi gravy, usually it should be dry, but nothing to tell bad about the taste Butter Naan and kulcha were soft and tasty, more than the expectations There are few cons on the service, when you are serving noodles the first thing we expect is a fork spoon, which was not given, when we asked for it they gave us 1 fork spoon. not sure they understand the concept of sharing the food, as they keep 2 plates for a single bowl of noodles eventually they should provide fork and a spoon for each, I'm not sure even that we have to ask for it. Then the gravy came very late due to some burner issue, but the bread was prepared too early, so it was not hot but luckily it tasted good.
The person who took orders and the person who serves the food can be educated more on the hospitality and customer service
If you want to spend a nice time with the kids and family it will be a...
Read moreI visited this shop three months back and it was nice, so I went with my family a second time on a weekday. It was really crowded outside, so we took a seat inside. I ordered Gilma biryani, grill, soup, chapatti, and schezwan fried rice. I waited for these dishes for almost 45 minutes. They seemed to be focusing more on the customers outside than the ones inside, and the food was very disappointing. The Gilma biryani tasted like arisi paruppu sadam and the grill was very hard, like old chicken. The schezwan fried rice was okay to eat. So please give equal importance to all customers and maintain the same level of quality...
