Pizzahut or the leftovers hanger?

Ordered Mexican Garlic Bread Sticks, Country feast, 7 Up and Pepsi. The customer service was humble.

Unhygienic; the wash basing was dirty, tables weren't clean. Upon requsting he just pushed away the remainings with the spice box. We took a different table after.

The 7up tasted like bloody vinegar, I think it's expired or something. But it was salty and had a vinegar taste.

Pizza base was like bun and tastes like cardboard, I mean wth?! It's supposed to be crunchy. Toppings and pizza sauce literally lack any flavour, perhaps stored for more than a week or so. Cheese was salty and unusually stretching. I don't understand whether it's genuine cheese or else.

Mexican garlic sticks have toppings and I bet you can't find what vegitables they are. They have no taste, except salt. Garlic you can smell, but you can't enjoy the flavour, thanks to salt.

Verdict; do yourself a favour by walking two more blocks to Domino's. This Pizzahut outlet is highly not recommended!

I would say the service delivery ambience all needs improvement. Reason number one in house dining is very disorganised they have only one attender for all tables close to 10+. Second this station seems to be online order friendly so swiggy, Zomato guys will rush here on peak time your orders will be on hold. We reached and placed around 8.20pm on weekday night it took almost 50mins to get the order back to be served. This wasn't onky the case with us, noticed many suffered that and they complained at counter, we also asked after 30mins of waiting but no use. They serve PAN pizzas or the manias quickly rest everything they take hell lot of time. Ambience is very bad unclean wash basins , poor maintenance of rest rooms, Shaking entrance door with loud vibration of the glass structure will surely give you nightmare..

This is the most unhygienic pizza Hut that i have ever visited in my life, the spatula was sticky i believe that was never been washed, i was served with a dirty plate after asking the waiter has changed it, the spice mix container is all sticky and top of the container has stains of tomato ketchup, the sofa set seating has full of oily finger marks and it was looking like it was never been cleaned, I called out for the store manger to escalate this issue but I was informed that he is out on a personal work worst ever experience ever in my life. Guys better avoid this outlet this outlet is really not up to the standards of Pizza Hut this outlet either needs a change of ownership in the franchise or has to be closed in order to stand by the brand name, 200% i will not recommend anyone to walk into this unhygienic outlet 🙏 Even road side street shops serves better hygienic food than...
