was too shocked to receive a stale, sticky rotten chicken from this KFC through an online order from Zomato. while calling the restaurent on sending such a foul food - they simply did not care to give a response. there was an helpless office staff who repeatedly said the management is not wanting to accept thier fault - even after repeatedly enquiring - following up for 8 continuous days - the management reponsible for this store did not want to connect with us for an explanation . they simply did not care - think they can throw stale old chicken for online orders and get away with it. Please understand you are in the food busineess - you will have to responsibly give fresh food and not the stale sticky rotten chicekn to customers. While we understand KFC is frozen chiecken - atleast you need to check on its expiry dates. YOU CANNOT SELL OLD ROTEN CHICKEN TO PEOPLE. What if children consume it and gets hospitalised ? what if it had become fatal ? Management needs to be responsible to talk to the consumer in such a case - and not hide behind poor staff boys. Fraudulent store. Please do not consume from this store. May be there has to be Government check on this store. It is not ok to send old, rotten Chicken. we buy from KFC - paying a premium, just for the. fact that food should be safe. you cant sell stale old chiceken and act deaf and dumb when a consumer complains and run away by not answering calls.

When I called, employee Ajay told me he had given it to "someone from Swiggy" who had already left. When we rushed back, we discovered this person was actually Ajay's friend - NOT a legitimate Swiggy delivery person.

This is a serious security breach. Personal belongings should never be handed over to random people, especially friends of employees. The unprofessional conduct and complete lack of accountability is unacceptable for a brand like KFC. As a regular customer, I'm deeply disappointed.
