Annapoorana - Prozone Mall — Restaurant in Tamil Nadu

Today I had A very bad experience at Annapoorna Restaurant at Prozone mall in sathy road coimbatore. I ordered for 4 cups of Rasmalai and 4 cups of Basundi and paid the money vide invoice no. PRSB118240 dated 26 December 2023. While packing the staff carelessly handled the cups and dropped 2 cups of Rasmalai. I immediately informed the staff not to pack the dropped cups and to pack fresh packs. The staff accepted and took two new cups and went inside to pack the ordered items. But once inside the staff packed the dropped cups which had developed crack due to the mishandling of the staff. I took the pack and went to my car and to my house. When I reached the house I found two cups were leaking and spoiled some cloth items purchased in the mall. Arrogance and delay: I ordered at 7:01AM today as token 2. When I didn't get parcel even at 7:10AM, I asked the biller, and he said it will arrive. Around 7:19AM, I went inside and asked a guy standing in the left near billing. He not-so-nicely with a bit rude tone replied to wait outside. And when the order came around 7:23AM, I was a bit surprised as we were unnecessarily waiting as the inside team clubbed our order with another which was given 11minutes later than ours. They unnecessarily made us wait for parceling time of another order. Also when I reached home, we found tea was less than usual - we regularly used to order from here. I had an extremely disappointing experience at Prozone mall Annapoorna. I visited the place when it was completely uncrowded, yet I ended up waiting for 45 minutes for a simple dish like Kothu Parota. Despite the lack of customers, the staff seemed utterly disorganized and indifferent.

When I inquired about the delay, the response was shockingly apathetic. The lady at the counter didn’t even bother to offer an explanation or an apology. It felt as though they completely forgot about the order and didn’t care about customer satisfaction.

This level of negligence and poor service is unacceptable, especially when there’s no pressure from a crowd. I wouldn't recommend this place if you're looking for prompt service or basic courtesy. It was a...
