Mathara - The Heights — Restaurant in Rajasthan

Ambiance was awesome but staff looks like they are doing job forcefully. Asked to serve cake for cutting they simply put cake in one plate. I have to ask for bowls and spoons to serve to all members.

Ordered Nachos - Nachos was like eating fried chapati nor at all crunchy so we asked to replace with another dish.

Chinese sizzler - It was good but again quantity was not as per rates

Before main course I have to ask to remove plates and clean table. One of the staff member cleaned with help of tissue paper and 80% residue was not cleaned.

Paneer angara - there was no angara in paneer simple they given in small kadhai

Missi Roti - Hard and no proper butter on it.

Rest garlic naan, mix veg was ok

At last there is nothing like finger bowls or any kind of wet napkin to clean hands.

In short ambience is good but service and food taste was not as per rates they charging.

Last but not least water 20/- Aquafina bottle they...

Awesome place for party..food was delicious and staff was very nice and supportive..Perfect ambience with awesome view of udaipur.You can drink and dine with your friends here. It's a nice rooftop lounge with great view of entire Udaipur ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ First serve ..BLUE BERRY MOCKTAIL ... with his perfect taste. Then got starters.. " STARTER PLATTER " - The best combo with paneer tikka + cheese tikka + stuff Mushroom + veg kabab All are correct in taste. After that we got " grill cheese veg" made with perfect melting cheese...I like it very much 😊 Then in main course we got " PANEER ANGEERA" serve in sizzler plate... with fully satisfied with all spices.. MALAI KOFTA and DAL TADKA.. as always keep maintaining his taste...😋 Serve with garlic naan as 100 % satisfied you with missi roti... And last dessert serve it always our perfect choice vanilla ice cream with fresh brownies..... loving it....😋 Overall awesome...

Worst restaurant I ever visited in this category. Heared a lot about it but was nothing. For a restaurant the mot imp is sitting which was not confortable for dinner. The sitting was provided for 8 but table was only enough for 6 people. Coming to the food the taste was just OK and I had to change the chapatties 3 times some times due to raw/burnt. And food was also not hot. SOUP WAS HORRIBLE - Even if you go there please don't order the soup, we ordered 3 different types of soups all of them were awful. Now coming to the staff, the serving was so slow that till they brought the chapaties the vegetable got cold. Only 3 waiters were managing the whole place that might be the reason. Moreover, while having dinner you want a soft-pleasant music or no music but they were playing loud party music so that doesn't make the evening...
