I called at KFC at 10/01/2024 15:07. To ask if can send someone else to pick a take away order. Or can I order it on call or it have to be order online in which he told. Sir, you can order online from website or application in very polite way. I ordered online through website Yay! Your KFC order number 336KW93505 is confirmed. Hot & Crispy food will be ready for express pick up in 7 minutes. It says in the message box time till now is 15:22 when I received this message by this my food should be ready by 15:29 in which I was fine no problem because this is very fast what I expected. I booked a rapido company rider for picking up my takeaway order. My rider reached the location at 15:55 it’s was already 25 mins late. But the twist in the story by kfc when my rider asked them for my order they told “we haven’t received any order by this name” he called me and I told him can you pass your phone at the counter. On the counter I don’t know the lady she told we our check your order till now we haven’t received anything. 16:00 it took them 5 mins to check the order and then I called my rider to check the status he told he don’t know I told him again to pass the phone to counter he did then the lady told yes sir we have received you order it’s in preparation I was like in preparation but why I asked here she told that when we will see you rider then only we accept your order. I was like what. She cut the call off after that. I was in shock she know the future she knew that for this order a rider is coming I never mentioned a rider in a takeaway order nether I mentioned my name on the first call with the guy. But I my rider picked the order at 16:15. It reached me in 16:30 it took 15 mins .it was a paid order from the start. But that lady was like we only accept order when we see the rider on the counter. 25/04/2018: No offer was written and we blindly trusted the same guy who fooled us last time and guess what!? He fooled us again. ₹700 for 10 pieces of Hot and Crispy. We checked the bill and the sauce was ₹200. We never asked for it. I'll get his name and add here later. This is too much. Fried chicken are getting too oily and I have feeling that discount chicken on every Wednesday are old stock chicken. Who would not wanna get rid of old chicken pieces from the refrigerator right?😒 Next time, I'm not gonna donate money via KFC. They have a butt load of money. Why should we donate. I've visited various KFC's around India but never have come across anything worst like this one situated in lake city mall . First of all the quality of chicken was not fresh and mine had this strange stench like a leftover chicken I literally could not eat any wings or strips expect for the pop corn which seemed bit fine . The wings were over fried till crisp dark brown it had this bad odour which I found it unfit to consume . The pop corn was fine so was the choco lash crusher and virgin mojito which was good after this bad experience. You don't have phone pe wallet which was bit disappointing . The rice bowl was also not that good it had lack of seasoning and it was mediocre and fries were uneven and it was not crisp rather kind of soggy . I have never felt to unsatisfied in any KFC I have visited so far but this was out of scope and sub par quality . Hope they rectify and start serving fresh fried chicken .seating and ambience...
