Pathetic state. Went to open an FD in the branch. Contacted the executive at reception and she asked us to wait. Waited at an un attended desk for over 10 minuted. Inspite of the fact that there were seven executives visible working at various desks, no one attended us. Went to meet the branch manager and found him not on his chair.
