One of the worst experience with the person giving icecream. Very indifferent behaviour showcased by him. Me n my wife went to hv an icecream for parcel and as soon as I said parcel he removed a chunk of icecream which he prepared and gave it to us without the waffle cup. Saying if u eat here I ll give the cup bcs packing charges are also there so we don't give. I didn't understand why he removed chunk of icecream when I said it's parcel and said our rule is not waffle cup if ur not eating here so I asked why u dint mention this to me before giving icecream he dint answer. My concern is not the waffle cup but the way he treated us. U cannot remove the chunk from the icecream which u made for us and make us feel like we are asking for free. Having eaten at Coldstone many times, I can appreciate a similar taste and experience while having the satisfaction of eating milk based icecream similar to Amul, instead of frozen desert. We ordered a Ferro Blast and a Make Your Own with a combo of Pan flavour and they were pretty good but could be made extraordinary with some additional due diligence. I've been to this place, some days back, Ice cream here is delicious, with crispy wafer around it, ambience of this place makes it more attractive to spend a quality time here , its a family place and out of a 5 star rating , I have deducted a star due to price , as price seems to be too high at this place.
