I came here to celebrate my niece’s birthday, and unfortunately, it turned out to be a nightmarish experience. We placed our order with high hopes, but our food was served an hour late. To make matters worse, the biryani we received was cold. When we inquired about the delay, we were met with a dismissive attitude. The staff member responded with a smug remark, "You aren’t the only customer here," which was not only unprofessional but also incredibly rude.

It’s clear that this restaurant lacks basic customer service skills and respect for their patrons. If you’re looking to celebrate a special occasion or simply enjoy a decent meal, I strongly advise you to look elsewhere. This place clearly doesn’t value their customers or take their feedback seriously. A truly disappointing experience from start to finish....

Service was very slow only one person to take orders and serve, tables are not cleaned properly, one can feel the stickiness on them. No one cleans the floor as there are pieces of squeezed lemon fallen all over the floor. Spoons and glasses also not provided until asked multiple times. Big issue ACs do not work and place is super hot, ACs looks more like showpieces, due to lack of cooling from AC, staff is mostly busy to manage the 2-3 floor stand fans, whichever customer complains they will point the fan towards them and don't even have the courtesy to ask the previous customer whom it was pointed before removing them. This is one of the most rated restaurants that are available around Manikonda. After going through its great ratings, we have visited this place for dinner. We have ordered chicken seekh kebab and Mushroom tikka for starters. Even both items are good in quality, mushroom tikka is excellent and it is the best mushroom starter we have ever had in Hyderabad. We have ordered Kaju panner curry which was slightly sweet in taste and garlic naan and butter naan. The chicken dum ka biryani is good in quality and tasted good.
