Firstly, there's a teenage guy working with no Passion. He spills nuts inside the box and not places in ice cream before Pouring hot sauce. He didn't even know which is Dark Chocolate. I stopped him from adding Milk chocolate, argued & He checked with another staff who told he was wrong. Next is, ice cream Melted in a minute. When I gave this as feedback to Cashier/manager, he gave me a response that Ice cream melts soon. (As though I've never ate in Ibaco) He couldn't even understand that their teenage staff plays with Ice cream freezer box by keep opening it unnecessarily for longer than needed time.

Pathetic service, improperly maintained Ice cream freezer box. Paying 200 for 2 mini scoops isn't a Joke. Never again gonna visit this Ibaco branch.. #TheWorst

I loved the fact that we asked them to cut one of the ice-cream cakes that we just bought from the store. But their regulations didn't allow them to do so on weekends. Despite us asking them to break the rule they stood by their standards. I liked that quality in them. And their service is also awesome. They were so patient despite us annoying them so much. I liked the variety that they have and the quality of the ice-creams are the best. Still waiting for them to add green tea flavored ice-creams...

Very easily identifiable place near Adambakkam police station and Murugan temple. Upto 11 pm the shop is opening. Very tasty and reasonable pricing. Small car parking is there. Not crowded much. Even you van get hot water here. Various Nd varieties of ice creams and cakes available. At present 16.11.2021 the ice cream is about Rs.950 per kg only.
