McRennett Cakes — Restaurant in Tamil Nadu

McRennett truly disappoints. The bakery items look incredibly tempting, but the taste just doesn't match up — bland and underwhelming. Honestly, for the quality offered, they should price their items like a small local bakery, not like a premium patisserie such as Theobroma.

Another concern is the rude attitude of the staff. I changed my mind about an item and was met with eye-rolls, stares, i heard her saying once to another customer who didn't wanted an item “Why did you choose if you didn't wanted it?” That’s not how you treat customers.

And it’s not just this branch — the outlet at my office is worse. A friend once found a piece of plastic baked inside a brownie. That's shocking and unacceptable.

Service at this store is going down day by day. Firstly they would never look at a customer and ask what they need. Staff would all be busy doing something except attending the customer. I'm furious with my recent experience. I bought an ice cream tub from this store. After reaching home I noticed the seal was broken, on opening it I saw half the ice cream tub empty. How can your employees eat and keep it the refrigerator that customer also access? Isn't it even basic thing to follow? When I went back and asked them, none of the staff showed any regret! They have Veg puffs, cheese puffs, Chicken puffs, An unique Mushroom puffs, Juices, Chips, Macaroons, Soup sticks, Cakes, Birthday cakes, Chips, snacks. The puffs are really great to taste, it kinders and activates our taste buds. The puffs aren't really spicy. The billing time is only 2 to 3 minutes.
