One of my favourite hangout place with my family but at times they will confuse with the orders which will be little irritating at times, especially during weekends... 5 star for food taste and price.

Edited posted on 29/08/2021 : worst worst worst customer service that I've ever experienced in cheese n freeze. Staffs behave and treat their customers as if we came here to have food for free. I came here to hang out and have good time with my family but one of the staff here completely spoiled our time as soon as we entered. Management should teach / train their staff how to behave with customers. This is not the first time I am experiencing this. This has repeated for quiet couple of times now. That's the reason...

I had spent time here with my friends for the good evening snacks and food. The taste of food was good and the ambiance is also good. But time taken by them to bring the food is little bit extra. We need to wait for some time to get our order . There will be music. So the time will be passed. If you going with your friends, time will not be a concern. Last time the ambiance was not like before. They kept us waiting to take our order even there are not people around. UPI payment was revoked by them. May be I'm not sure.. Last time I couldn't pay with there UPI scanner., they told that there is some issues with scanner code. Otherwise the space, food taste, ambiance, Hospitality...
