JK Fish Stall — Local services in Zone 13 Adyar

If there was option for negative rating, I would have given -5. Ordered Hilsa today for Rs. 2900. They said it was fresh stock. But when it came, the fish was not fresh at all. A Bengali can easily identify a fresh Hilsa (from its pinkish flesh and fresh red color of the blood). But this one was greyish red. The eggs also looked weird. This was the third time that this happened. Previous two times they said “Sorry ma’am, next time we will give fresh one.” But this time when I called them, the person started behaving rude and said, “How do you know the fish is not fresh? Everytime you are saying like this…if dont like it, then dont buy from us” etc etc. Highly disappointed and hurt with such poor quality fish and then the rude and arrogant behaviour. Never buying from them...

Started visiting them since '04 when they were located at Shastri Nagar. Today morning when I went to buy fish, the person in the shop was addressing me using singular disrespectfully.

When I asked about it, he said, he was 50+ elder etc. It doesn't mean you can call people however you want because someone is elder. I got really offended by this and told him about my dislike and left the place.

I humbly request you to pls respect the customers and provide good service.
