Subway Adyar — Restaurant in Tamil Nadu

I have been a regular customer to this branch for over 10 years. Today was the first time I was told there is a specific number of veggies placed in the sub. I understand asking extra of every veggie is a bit too much. But one specific veggie shouldn't be a big deal as there is no written rule by subway that we cannot ask for extra. Spoke to the franchise partner, who was patient enough to listen to me. This is one of the best Subway outlets in Chennai region. All veggies are fresh & crisp. They are also very generous when it comes to loading the subs with veggies, cheese, etc. Staff & the owner are very friendly too. For these reasons, I always get the subs from here. After our very bad experience with a Subway outlet in VR Mall (Annanagar) few months back, we had decided to keep away from subs. Today, therefore it was a fantastic feeling to have the subways from this Indira Nagar outlet....

Very bad food options available. They did not have sun of the day and also they did not have the usual options to choose the sun with the different sauces. The options were very limited and they said that this is changed by Subway. But I can still see all the options in other delivery apps like Swiggy/zomato which they informed were unavailable during takeaway… Also foot long option was not given. They said we have to order only 6inch subs which was very weird. So never use...
