Disappointing Experience with Security and Parking This morning I visited this mall and was deeply disappointed by my experience. Firstly, I encountered a concerning situation involving a young child, around 5-6 years old, who was left unsupervised, playing in the elevators and soliciting money from patrons. Despite my efforts to locate mall security, I was unable to find any personnel to address the issue promptly.

Furthermore, the parking system was extremely inefficient. Upon deciding to leave due to the lack of security presence, I encountered a long queue at the parking exit. Despite there being multiple exits available, only one was open, resulting in a frustrating 15-minute wait just to exit the mall premises.

Overall, my visit to TSM BANDUNG left me feeling unsafe and dissatisfied with the lack of adequate security measures and the poor management of the parking facilities. I hope that these issues are addressed promptly to ensure the safety and satisfaction of...

My favorite malls since i was childhood, even still the name BSM i always like to come to here, btw please TSM add more a lot international high end brands, please make this mall bigger than now, i hope this mall can do expansion to become big, the malls is mid high end malls, hope it can be real high end mall with a lot high end brands, so it will be more fascinasting if there more a lot international brands in the future, also please reduce bank mega worker who try to offer either credit or debit it can bother a lot visitor in the malls, also a lot people crticism about the prayer room in 3rd floor theres a lot people told to the worker at prayer room the sound from celebrity fitness bother people who want to praying its to loud to the prayer room, hope u will take some notes from here, others than that i love this malls,...

TSM fiks harus mendenger masukan pengunjung semogasih didengar, Mall nya mah ok tapi fasilitas WC coba perbagus lagi dibanding sama mall lain, banyak loh mall lama sekarang wc nya diperbarui jadi bagus, masa wc nya gabisa sebersih mall lain, gaada wc buat difabel, gaada wc buat anak anak, tempat ganti popok bayi cuma di lantai 1 sebelah planet sport, masukan tsm lainnya kurangnya tempat untuk hang out seperti taman padahal bisa kok ga outdoor yang penting bisa dibuat hang out, masukan lainnya, musholla terlalu kecil buat mall sekelas TSM, iya ada mesjid tapi gasemua pengunjung bakal mau nyebrang ke mesjid, perbesar dikit mushollanya biar lebih nyaman atau 2 laintai dipisah cewe cowo juga ok, saran banget dari saya perbanyak hang out space, wc perbagus, bioskop xxi kalau bisa tambah premiere dan tambah studio sebesar studio dolby atmos banyakin 2 atau 3 studio malah kalau bisa adain imax, saran banget adain food court itu plus banget foodcourt, tambahan yang sangat diharapkan para netizen adalah perluas mallnya jadi 7 lantai, pasti siap ga siap bersaing dengan mall lainnya, kerasa pasti traffic mall lebih rame atau sepi sekarang, dan ya balik lagi ke pemilik dan manajemen tsm, pernah baca komen beberapa orang juga diberbagai socmed tsm tuh udh mall upper middle class tapi minim banget brand upple middle classnya, diminta brand MK, tory burch, boss, armani dkk gapernah ada dan juga agak susah pasti sekarang, berharap bisa diperbesar mallnya gak apa apa mau temporary close juga mallnya yang penting diperbesar dan diperluas biar makin banyak brand upper middle class, banyak hang out space dll, TSM inget kalian pernah jadi mall paling mewah di bandung waktu jaman BSM, ayodong bisa yok balikin lagi kemewahan ini, kritik dan saran pasti untuk kemajuan TSM, gaberharap banyak hanya memberi masukan saja sesisanya balik lagi ke pemilik dan manajemen, semoga sedikit sedikit diperbaiki kekurangannya, biar traffic mall nya lebih ramai kembali, kangen jaman BSM ramai...
