Very bad experience with dishonesty of manager. We ordered 2 curly fries to be freshly made. Manager told the staff to remove the 2 packets that were already there. I asked why they took them away and the staff said to throw away. Lots of whispering between the manager and his staff. Then they gave us our supposedly fresh curly fries. They were new and fresh on top with all the old dried overcooked ones underneath. Very dishonest cheapskate manager and I saw even the staff were embarrassed. A&W need to replace this guy as he is a liar and not trustworthy cheapskate. We will never eat...

Saya kecewa banget dengan pelayanan kasir di A&W tsm istri saya hanya menanyakan burger pesanan saya brpa lama lagi lalu kasir yg bernama mba dara jawab dengan sangat jutek (nnti juga dianter ka tunggu aja),karna pesanan burger saya belum ada juga saya balik lagi dan saya pun kaget kasirnya ngasih burger ke saya seperti tegas saya ga lupa juga nama kasir nya mba putri tolong ya dari pihak A&W masa pekerja seperti itu ko dipelihara saya beli loh bukan ngutang tolong pekerja seperti itu pecat saja ga layak dipelihara next minggu depan saya akan balik lagi kalo kasir yg tadi masih ada akan saya beri rating 1 kembali...
