I went here for the Taste of Italy AYCE on Saturday. The restaurant is located on the 3rd floor. I reserved through WhatsApp and the admin was very helpful. Got there and was greeted by the staff. It was warm and welcoming. So I had a great impression with the personal touch. I booked a seat in the outdoor smoking area. And was pretty bummed because it was raining and the roof was leaking so I had to move the chair. The lights weren't turned on for a few minutes (maybe they had a schedule for the lamps) but it was already dark because of the rain. The outdoor chair is made of faux rattan which undermines the luxury of the hotel itself🥲 But the food is all good. The beef rump, brisket, carpaccio, steaks, stew, ducks. Shout out to the chef! The pasta carbonara is good. Even though the penne and the fusilli are too thick for my liking. Overall I enjoyed the food and will recommend people having their AYCE here. Well, maybe not in the outdoor seating 🥲

saya makan saat sabtu dinner taste of italian Pelayanan : secara umum ok tapi ada yang harus ditingkatkan. dimeja saya pertama waiternya ramah bahkan offer buffet orientation dan cepat tanggap ketika saya minta pindah meja, well done. di meja kedua pelayanannya flat aja kurang interaction with guest. Billing time is the worst karena antri lama dipintu masuk keluar, meskipun staff udah apologize but gak aja sih, jadi saran aja kalo anda mau settle bill lebih baik saat reservasi atau saat anda makan bukan di akhir anda makan. makanan dan minuman : kualitas bahan makanan dan minuman yang dipakai sangat bagus. hanya untuk pasta saat saya order fettucini kok yang datang fettucininya patah patah gitu. selain itu ada beberapa dishes yang lama refillnya. atmosfer : saya duduk di luar suasananya ok ada kolam ikan koinya, meski dekat grill station tapi gak bau dan berasap sehingga tidak menggangu dining experience.

I had a great breakfast experience in The Restaurant. The vibe in here is great and the food and service were awesome. Waiter (Ahsan) is very kind and helpful

Rasa makanan bervariasi. Pesan beberapa menu. Ada yang enak ada yang biasa aja. Untuk makanan indo : Garang asem, nasi goreng kambing rasanya enak Gado gado dan lumpia udang rasanya biasa aja (not worth the price) Untuk western : salmon dan steak nya enak Pelayanan ramah dan memuaskan Untuk lunch hanya bisa a la carte. Buffet hanya untuk breakfast saja

Restauran buffet hotel trans yang banyak banget menu daging2nya.. lumayan lengkap ada sushi, swarma,sossis2an, masakan nusantara, desert, ice crem dll.. ada outdoor deket pool sama area indoor jg.. oiya sayang minus pasta.. hehe

Ambience ok. Hotel mewah. Cuma untuk kelas buffet all you can eat untuk harga 300++ agak biasa aja makanannya. Cuma bbrp makanan saja yg enak. Menu lengkap dr Western, Asia dan Indonesia.
